Cacao tea with a side of daily gratitude

Our friend Katie Brown knows a thing or two about healthy habits. She describes herself as having a “constant gratitude practice,” which is a powerful daily ritual on its own. Recipe

Brew tea by steeping 2 teaspoons of MiCacao in 8 oz of piping hot water for 8 minutes. Pour into a blender, add cacao powder, a little mct oil, and blend. Add frothed milk on top, sprinkle some chocolate and you have the perfect late night “latte”.
